first time blogger

So blogging seems to be the most efficient way to update people on our lives. I don't write letters. I don't make many phone calls. I rarely even email anymore! This format feels somewhat impersonal, but from reading other people's blogs, I find that I learn more about those people through what they post. So I'll give this a shot and hopefully along the way I'll figure out what to blog about...
